What is the process for purchasing your braces?
Our purchasing process involves five straightforward steps: 1) Submit our callback request form. 2) Expect a call from our representative within one business day. 3) We'll verify your Medicare eligibility and explain your benefits. 4) We'll obtain a prescription from your doctor. 5) Your brace(s) will be delivered to your home in 1-2 weeks, followed by a call from us to address any usage questions.Does Medicare cover the cost of the braces?
Medicare covers our braces, and we manage the billing process. For eligible patients, Medicare typically pays 80% of the costs. If you have secondary insurance, it may cover most or all of the remaining balance, minus any applicable deductibles.You have 2 different knee braces listed. How do I know which one to order?
The choice between our two knee braces depends on your specific needs. The Pain Buster offers enhanced support, while the Quicksilver stabilizes the knee without limiting mobility. We recommend consulting with your doctor to determine which brace is most appropriate for your condition.Should the knee braces be worn at all times?
The frequency of wearing knee braces should be determined by your doctor. However, the manufacturer suggests wearing the braces during physical activities. The accompanying knee sleeves can be comfortably worn throughout the day for continuous support.What if I'm not happy with the braces after receiving them?
